To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order in line with the below cut off dates.

These dates are recommended by our courier partners. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, DHL or DPD but our customer service team will be on hand to support as much as possible.

Royal Mail UK Standard 3-5 Working Days - order by 12:00 (midday) on 15th December GMT
DPD 48 Hours UK Express - order by 12:00 (midday) 19th December GMT
All International - order by 12:00 (midday) 11th December GMT

Christmas Returns

In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online between December 1st and December 25th 2023 can be returned up until, and including, 15th January 2024 for a full refund back to your original payment method.

Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still have the tags attached.
