Planks x NUCO Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to the Planks x NUCO giveaway. You will be legally bound by these terms from the time you enter. 

Eligibility and Entry:

  • Aged 18 years or over.
  • To enter, participants must submit their valid email addresses.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
  • Multiple entries from the same individual will not be accepted.

  • Planks Clothing reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant, and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.

  • Not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Planks Clothing, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies or to their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or anyone else otherwise professionally connected with Planks Clothing.

  • Planks Clothing accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed, damaged or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.

  • Planks Clothing reserves the right to verify entries' compliance with the Terms before awarding any prize.

Opening & Closing Dates:

  • The Planks x NUCO Giveaway will begin on 06/02/2024 at 16:30 GMT and close on or around 16:30 GMT on 20/02/2024. After this date no further entries will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Acceptance of Marketing:

  • By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to accept marketing communications from both Planks Clothing and NUCO Travel.
  • Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the marketing messages.

Winner Notification and Verification:

  • Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
  • Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize, providing necessary details for verification.
  • Planks Clothing and NUCO Travel disclaim any liability for scams and fraudulent accounts impersonating our brands. It is your sole responsibility to remain vigilant. Refrain from sharing personal information or clicking on any links provided by potential scammers. Winners will be exclusively contacted by Planks Clothing.

Prizes:

  • There will only be one winner.
  • The prizes include:
    • One (1) £500 NUCO Travel snow credit voucher
    • One (1) Planks outerwear jacket
    • One (1) Planks outerwear pant
    • One (1) Planks mid-layer or hoodie
    • Three (3) Planks T-shirts
    • One (1) pair of Planks mitts or gloves
    • One (1) Planks beanie
  • All Planks prizes are subject to stock availability. 
  • There is no alternative cash prize for the value of the products.
  • There are no socks, shoes or ski boots included in the prize.

Prize Selection and Returns:

  • Once the prizes are selected, they cannot be returned or replaced. There will be no exchanges so select your products wisely!

Publicity and Use of Information:

  • By participating in this giveaway, participants grant permission to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to this contest.

Privacy and Data Collection:

  • The email addresses collected during this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of this contest and for marketing communications from Planks Clothing and NUCO Travel.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, as per our privacy policy.

General Terms:

  • The organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
